2. Prices & Delivery

All prices include VAT. We offer free shipping on all orders within Finland.

3. Delivery Time

Lamps are handcrafted in Finland. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days.

4. Return Policy

Customers may return unused products within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Contact customer service before sending any returns.

5. Complaints

If a product arrives damaged, please contact customer support immediately.
